At Artrujaph | Art and Painting, artistic creation is a unique and personal process. Each original artwork and custom commission is conceived as a one-of-a-kind piece, created with dedication, time, and carefully selected materials. Due to the nature of these creations, no refunds or returns are offered once the artwork has been sold or the commission has begun.

This policy applies to:

• All original artworks available at Artrujaph | Art and Painting

• All custom commissions

• Any transaction made through the online store or via direct contact with Artrujaph

Original Artworks

All original artworks are personally created by Artrujaph. Information about each piece,including images, technique, dimensions, and materials, is published directly on the online store. It is your responsibility to carefully review this information before making a purchase.

If you wish to obtain additional information to ensure the artwork meets your expectations, you may request it by emailing info@artrujaph.shop. Once the transaction is confirmed, the artwork is considered sold and cannot be returned, nor will any refund be granted under any circumstances.

Custom Commissions

Each commission follows a rigorous process: it begins with a preliminary sketch and may include digital or physical references, composition, and style. Up to two rounds of revision are included within the limits of the approved sketch. Once the sketch is approved and execution of the artwork has begun, the commission is considered in progress, and it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipments are made through reliable courier services, with tracking numbers provided to the client. In the event of any issue during transport, you may contact Artrujaph via the provided email. These factors are beyond our control, and we will do our best to manage the situation with the shipping company to minimize inconvenience. However, final responsibility for loss, damage, or delays lies with the courier.

Customer Rights and Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information regarding the shipping address and necessary contact details for proper delivery. You also understand and agree that, due to the unique nature of original artworks and custom commissions, it will not be possible to cancel, request a refund, or return any payment once the project has begun or the purchase has been completed.
